To keep this work sustainable and the content top-notch, I need to take the occasional break. Since I work for myself and don’t get real PTO, I invented my own PTO policy. Four weeks out of the year, I’ll take the week off. During that week, you’ll still receive the Community Wisdom digest and one to two podcast episodes, but no Tuesday post.
