Lenny, I've been loving your podcast, and as I'm sending this note, I'm listening to this episode with Kristen Berman. I enjoy how everything is "about what you do after you login." That attitude sums up how you run your podcast.
(I wanted to take a big, long-shot kind of swing and ask if you might share with me how you feel about hosting your podcast on Substack. I want to move mine over because I believe in this platform, but I've done a ton of work to get my show on some less common platforms like Wisdom and AudioMack, and I'm worried about losing listeners in the transition. Everything I've done so far to grow my show has been the opposite of scalable, so every listener is precious to me.)
On hosting, I only host on Substack because my newsletter is there and there's benefits to having them in the same place. If it weren't for that, I'd probably host on Megaphone, FWIW.

Thanks Jody!!

Thanks, Lenny!
Do you find any drawbacks hosting on Substack? Is there unlimited hours? Is it easy to add shownotes?
All that is easy and works great.
I think the biggest gap is analytics, but I also haven't tried the other platforms.
