Big thanks David. Having two large teams almost fully remote since the pandemic I thought we were pretty mature in this space but I learnt tonnes.
As usual it was some of the simplest ideas that were the most practical takeaways e.g. Private delivery of negative feedback in lock step with kindness and short toes. So clear! We use a GM channel which acts as a "thanks" channel so great to see that reinforcing the async culture. It did make me if we put some of our meetings on YouTube would they be better? Remote work has so much potential and we are getting better at it each day.
I also thought the perspective about blunting the advantage of AI by just picking the first model you like was genius. 16 models is great will be diving into these. Although like Lenny I am struggling a bit with the GitLab website. Keep the good stuff coming!
