Thanks for creating this overview of useful resources. I revisit and reference to it almost daily. I’ve got two questions on creating company strategy document.
1. Why does the title say company or team strategy? If relevant, what is the usecase for using it for a team?
2. Who is responsible for creating the list of key initiatives in a strategic pillar? My thinking is that it’s the pillar owner that creates the initial list. Collaborates tightly with individual teams and later leadership integrates the list of initiatives so it fits into the company strategy.
1. Maybe I should rename it, but team is essentially your product. So this can work for a specific product's strategy, to for the entire company (i.e. many products).
2. That's exactly right, and that post is exactly what I'd point you to.
Hey Lenny, love the templates!! Currently building a solution to make working with templates & sharing them even easier. Could be something interesting for you & your community. Would love to get some feedback on if what I'm building could help.
Do you suggest that engineering adopt the same templates, or could you recommend templates for engineering documentation to align with and complement the product management templates?
This is an amazing compilation for product managers like me. Thanks for sharing
This is gonna be of great help! Thanks Lenny 🙌
This basically paid for my subscription. Huge value

Do you have a good template to recommend for OKRs?
This is a great compilation of templates. Has there been a Customer Journey Map template that you have found really helpful?
Here's a video/demo someone just shared in our Slack community https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=1&v=AorAgSrHjKM&feature=youtu.be
Do you have a task list template? Mine is a mess.
Nope :(
Thanks so much for this compilation Lenny! 👋🏼 New subscriber here!

Love to hear that.
