Thanks for compiling. I listened to it twice and found it useful. It has always been a favourite part of each podcast as its normally ends with a concrete takeaway. Compiling them together didn't work as well for me as I thought it would as although it was actionable it wasn't grounded in the context of the conversation you have had.
