Thanks guys! I have really tried to practice "Lets the fires burn". I was working on a major government project for 5 years and you really couldn't do everything. Some things were just not going to work when we wanted to. At somepoint you had to say "its not working but that is ok (for now)".
The failure corner really clicked for me.
