1. Maintaining a fun remote work environment
Q: I've noticed that since going full remote at my startup, people seem to have less fun on a day to day level at work and don't get to know their colleagues as well. We use Gatherround and Donut, which help, as well as do weekly Zoom games, which have low turnout. I'd imagine this is a common problem. What have you all found to be effective ways of solving it? 💬
