Great round up! Your mother-in-law should publish a substack responses to your weeklys of how PM roles are also helpful and great outside of business settings!
I actively don't think too far ahead, and instead look for things that organically emerge from the writing and community. e.g. a course, a resource guide, fireside chats. Trying to keep it simple, while also continuing to evolve it. No idea how this looks in 1, 3, 5 years, and trying not to overthink it.
The newsletter is awesome, but the community is incredible. Big ups, can't wait to see what you do in 2021
Hey, Lenny! THANK YOU for this post and the inspiration it gave me to start my own Substack a few months back. :)
Hey! Paid subscriber here. Love your posts - definitely agree, this is your calling (or at least one of them!).
How do I join the slack community?
There's a link in the welcome email, or alternatively, reply to this email and then I'll send you an invite.
Thanks! Just completed the form from the subscriber welcome email.

Congrats on the big year, Lenny! Do you already have a long-term vision for this, or is that a TBD?

Thank you for noting that! Fixed!
